San Fran
It's been almost two weeks since I last posted something here, so I figure I'm long overdue. I just got back from San Francisco yesterday morning after attending the RSA Security Conference last week. Although it rained pretty much the entire week, there were a couple days that turned out pretty nice to see some of the city outside of the conference. Here's my top 5 list of things I did while in San Francisco:
5. Trip to Napa and Sonoma Valley - wine tasting and beautiful scenery
4. RSA Conference - yes, I'm a dork...but the conference was great
3. The Rock - Alcatraz
2. Comped dinner at Cityscape - nearly $400 dinner completely comped with a 360-degree view of the city 46 stories up
1. Everything else SF - Golden Gate Bridge, Coit Tower, Twin Peaks, Cable Cars, etc; can't fit everything into a list of 5...
Thanks to Martha, Luke, and Marlon for the hospitality and good company.

I knew you were a closet baller. $400 comped dinner??
Yeah, you know how it is. Although you're a natural baller, some of us have to demand to be treated right. Actually, the comped dinner was a result of having such poor service that we had to walk out of the restaurant on the first attempt. Only after talking to the hotel's food and beverage executive were we treated like rock stars and got everything completely comped the second time around.
