Thanks, Staples...

Last week I placed two separate orders from Staples.com so that I could get some one-day special price and apply coupons to each. One of the items that was originally $55 was supposed to be $20, but I was overcharged (I was charged $40.93 after taxes) and had to call to get a $19.95 credit. Other item I ordered came to $41.99 after taxes, but I never got it and online tracking status said "Missing Order." When I called to see what happened, Staples said it must have gotten lost or damaged, so they had already automatically credited me with $70.34. When they asked if I wanted to reorder at the same price ($~70), I said "no thanks".

$41.99 + $40.93 - $19.95 - $70.34 = $7.37 in my pocket + free first order item ($55 normal price)
