Some (more) news...

It's crazy how quickly things happen, but Betsy and I are now under contract to buy our first place together in DC. Although I've been in the DC area for almost 5 years, my previous apartment and current condo have been in northern Virginia despite the blur of the two for you out-of-towners. We're very excited about the place and are looking forward to being able to walk to get groceries, go out to eat, and all of the other things that come with true city living.
